It’s wonderful to cook homemade sour cream and mushroom sauce to meat, pasta, potatoes, rice and buckwheat. Can sprinkle its cheese and bake in the oven. So you make delicious mushroom julienne.

- Rinse the mushrooms, dry, remove the membranes. Chop mushrooms slices.
- Chop the onion in a very small cube, the smaller the better.
- Fry the flour in a dry pan, stirring constantly to not burnt, until faintly caramel color.
