  1. In a small saucepan (4 liter), oil, fry the onion, chopped into small pieces.
  2. Add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, fry together.
  3. Add smoked meat, chopped into small cubes, lightly stir fry.
  4. Add finely chopped tomatoes, simmer for another three minutes.
  5. Lightly salt, pepper, stir. Pour cold water.
  6. In a boiling broth with meat, put chopped potatoes cubes or cubes. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  7. Add finely chopped Beijing cabbage, cook three more minutes.
  8. Pour the finished soup into plates, add to each plate sour cream and herbs.
