Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr frozen dumplings
  • 4 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp. l peeled chopped ginger
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 4 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. l corn starch
  • 2 tbsp. l sesame oil
  • 110 gr. chopped peas
  • 2 plum tomatoes sliced
  • 1 bunch of watercress, cut the stems into pieces

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a thick-bottomed pan, fry the bacon over high heat until brown at the edges, about 5 min. Add the ginger, half onion, 1 tsp. salt and sugar; fry for 30 seconds. Add the broth and 1 tbsp. water; cover and bring to a boil. In a small bowl combine corn starch and 3 tbsp. l cold water. Add sesame oil and 1 tsp. pepper, mix.
  2. Add green peas, tomatoes, watercress and dumplings to boiling broth. Mix corn starch again to dissolve it in water and add to the soup. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the dumplings are soft and the broth thickens slightly, from 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining onions and season with pepper. Soup with dumplings and meatballs.
