A simple but unusually tasty and fragrant soup made with prunes and raisins. Eats up very quickly and everyone asks for supplements, so don’t be too lazy to cook it at home!

  1. Rinse the dried mushrooms and soak in warm water for 40 minutes. Rinse the mushrooms afterwards.
  2. To wet the napkin, squeeze and strain through it the water in which soaked mushrooms.
  3. Bring the water level to 2 liters and boil the mushrooms. Cook 1 hour.
  4. Dice the carrots and put in the mushrooms.
  5. Strain the broth again.
  6. Remove the boiled mushrooms and chop into pieces with a knife, return them back to the pan.
  7. Chop onion finely and stain in vegetable oil at a quiet fire. Pour flour to it and warm, stirring 5 minutes.
  8. Dilute the mass with broth. Flour should not take lumps. Pour flour with onions into the soup.
  9. Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and put in soup together with washed prunes and raisins. To salt.
  10. Cook soup until potatoes are cooked for 20-25 minutes.
