- Two eggs are mixed with 1/2 tsp. salt and as much turmeric exactly turmeric will add beautiful color to noodles.
- Add 350 gr of sifted flour, knead the cool dough until chicken is cooked, cover the dough and remove to rest to the side.
- 300 gr chicken cut into small pieces and cook until readiness.
- Add one finely chopped onion, carrot and four potatoes.
- Roll the noodle dough thinly and cut into long noodles, leave to dry for a couple of minutes.
- Blow out the noodles from the excess flour in the palms and put in bouillon.
- Cook the noodles for 10 minutes, sprinkle with fresh dill.
- Serve with sour cream.
