  1. Two eggs are mixed with 1/2 tsp. salt and as much turmeric exactly turmeric will add beautiful color to noodles.
  2. Add 350 gr of sifted flour, knead the cool dough until chicken is cooked, cover the dough and remove to rest to the side.
  3. 300 gr chicken cut into small pieces and cook until readiness.
  4. Add one finely chopped onion, carrot and four potatoes.
  5. Roll the noodle dough thinly and cut into long noodles, leave to dry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Blow out the noodles from the excess flour in the palms and put in bouillon.
  7. Cook the noodles for 10 minutes, sprinkle with fresh dill.
  8. Serve with sour cream.
