  1. Boil the eggs in a cool 10 minutes, cool under running water and clean.
  2. We cut the stems from the greens, the lower part (white) from the onion, we put everything together with fish, a bay leaf and peas of pepper, black and fragrant, pour boiling water and, salting, cook. the fire must be weak.
  3. Filter the broth with fish through a napkin.
  4. Pour potatoes into the hot broth. Separate the fish from the bones and return to the pan.
  5. When the potatoes are boiled, add chopped greens to the soup and eggs, and pour the fish sauce (it will give a new piquant note broth).
  6. Mix everything, bring to a boil.
