  1. In a small pot (4 liter) oil, fry the onion, chopped into small pieces.
  2. Add finely chopped champignons, sauté ten together minutes.
  3. Add duck, chopped into small pieces (cut fat), lightly fry.
  4. Salt a little salt, pepper, stir. Pour cold water and cook for about 40 minutes.
  5. In slightly boiling broth add rice washed in several waters and diced potatoes. Cook together for another ten minutes.
