  1. In a 4-liter pan, pour small amounts of water pieces of chicken, lightly salt, put on fire and simmer for 45 minutes.
  2. Fry chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, lightly together fry.
  3. For dumplings in a bowl, beat the egg a little. Pour milk mix. Add washed finely chopped greens. Add flour lightly salt, knead the dough.
  4. In a slightly boiling meat broth add diced or potato wedges. Cook for seven minutes.
  5. Add diced peppers and tomatoes, as well as fried onions with carrots. Cook together for ten minutes.
  6. Dial the dough in half a teaspoon and lower boiling broth. After seven minutes, turn off the fire.
  7. Serve the finished soup with chopped herbs.
