“Butterflies” – this is how it translates from Italian farfalle. From such pasta children are absolutely delighted and with pleasure they are eaten in any form. In this case, we will cook home soup with the addition of these butterflies.

• Champignons – 250 gr.
• Potato – 3 tubers
• Onion – 1 pc.
• Carrots – 100 gr.
• Ham – 100 gr
• Farfalle – 1 handful
• Homemade sour cream – 1/3 tbsp.
• Greens – for serving
• Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
• Salt – 1. tsp
• Pepper – to taste

1. Boil the chicken with pepper and a laurel leaf until tender.
2. Add chopped potato tubers.
3. Cook for 5 minutes and pour the butterfly pasta.
4. Fry chopped onions with carrots in oil.
