- Cut off inflorescences from cauliflower, before that it needs to be washed under high pressure and dry.

- Boil vegetables until half cooked for 15 minutes.
- Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth, cut into slices and to stew in a saucepan, before marinating in a sauce with a mixture peppers, 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the mushrooms with vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes.
- As soon as the vegetables are ready, cut the greens, pour into soup and close the lid.
