  1. Cut off inflorescences from cauliflower, before that it needs to be washed under high pressure and dry.
  2. Put the cabbage in a bowl, add chopped garlic to it, potatoes, asparagus beans with clipped tails and pour 600 ml. water.
  3. Boil vegetables until half cooked for 15 minutes.
  4. Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth, cut into slices and to stew in a saucepan, before marinating in a sauce with a mixture peppers, 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine the mushrooms with vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. As soon as the vegetables are ready, cut the greens, pour into soup and close the lid.
