  1. Rinse the pork in a saucepan with cold water. To give boil, remove foam, salt and cook over low heat hour and a half.
  2. Remove the meat, separate from the bone, cut into pieces.
  3. Finely chop the cabbage.

  13. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream. or mayonnaise.
