Rich, aromatic and very tasty soup. Such a soup can cook at home and with fresh cabbage, but with sauerkraut it turns out much tastier.

- Soak dry beans in cold water for at least sodium hour. (Add canned beans to the broth for ten minutes before the end of cooking).
- In a saucepan (4 liters), add chopped small water pieces of meat, lightly salt, put on the fire and cook over moderate heat an hour.
- Then add the swollen beans, cook together for another half hour.
- In a slightly boiling meat broth add diced or potato wedges.
- Next, add sauerkraut, cook ten more together minutes.
- Fry chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, lightly together fry.
- Then put the tomato paste, stew for another five minutes.
- Stewed vegetables also put in a bouillon. Cook about 15 more minutes on low heat.
- Serve the finished soup with chopped herbs.
