Soup with Beans and Sauerkraut

Rich, aromatic and very tasty soup. Such a soup can cook at home and with fresh cabbage, but with sauerkraut it turns out much tastier.

  1. Soak dry beans in cold water for at least sodium hour. (Add canned beans to the broth for ten minutes before the end of cooking).
  2. In a saucepan (4 liters), add chopped small water pieces of meat, lightly salt, put on the fire and cook over moderate heat an hour.
  3. Then add the swollen beans, cook together for another half hour.
  4. In a slightly boiling meat broth add diced or potato wedges.
  5. Next, add sauerkraut, cook ten more together minutes.
  6. Fry chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, lightly together fry.
  7. Then put the tomato paste, stew for another five minutes.
  8. Stewed vegetables also put in a bouillon. Cook about 15 more minutes on low heat.
  9. Serve the finished soup with chopped herbs.
