Soup with Bacon, Celery and Beans

Very tasty, fragrant, warming, winter soup. At cooking bacon at home can be replaced with other sausages products.

  1. In a pan of four liters, vegetable oil fry chopped onions.
  2. Then add to it the carrots, grated on a medium grater, lightly fry together.
  3. Add peeled finely chopped celery.
  4. Then add the bacon cut into small pieces, fry together for three minutes.
  5. Pour fried bacon with vegetables into cold water.
  6. In a slightly boiling broth add diced or with potato wedges, cook together for another 15 minutes.
  7. Add canned beans, cook for another ten minutes.
  8. At the end add thyme sprigs, remove the bough, give the soup infuse for 15 minutes.
