- First of all, we prepare chicken broth from 2 liters of water, chicken, with a leaf of laurel and peas of pepper. Cook for 60 minutes, filter and, separating the meat from the bones, put it in the broth with the pieces potatoes, cook for 10 minutes.
- Cut celery and onion into small pieces. Carrot portion we rub and cut part.
- We pass the vegetables in a pan for 5-7 minutes until the carrots are soft. Putting slices of mushrooms to them, fry another 8 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, put the vegetable mixture with mushrooms to the potato and cook for 9-12 minutes over low heat. Salt to taste and pepper.
- Lastly, pour the buckwheat flakes into the soup, bring to boil for 3 minutes, cook and turn off the fire.
- The soup is ready.
