This soup is not only easy to cooking, but also in essence, since it’s cooked without meat, but at the same time quite satisfying due to the presence of eggs.   1. Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan and place on the stove.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  3. Release the potatoes into boiling water, salt and cook until readiness.
  4. While cooking potatoes, prepare other ingredients for soup. Rinse the sorrel under running water and cut into “noodles.” Eggs beat into a bowl, salt to taste and beat well with forks.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked, release chopped into the pan sorrel. Immediately after that stir the soup, creating a funnel, pour in a thin stream of eggs. Bring the soup to a boil and turn it off. Sorrel should not cook for more than 3 minutes! Otherwise, he will lose his sourness and turn into tasteless grass— Before serving in put each plate on a spoon of sour cream and a pinch of chopped green onions. If you do not want with onions, you can replace it parsley. Enjoy your meal.
