Simple but delicious sorrel soup made from stew. The soup is cooked at home almost instantly. In order to speed up the cooking process, vegetables can be grated.

- Fry flour in a dry pan until light brown. Add butter and dilute with water (200 ml), making sure so that there are no lumps.
- Open the jar of stew and put fat from it on to the pan.
- Cut the onion into a small cube and fry in this fat.
- Cut turnips and parsnips into strips and fry with onions.
- Bring the water for soup to a boil, put the stew in it and Bay leaf.
- Put the fried vegetables and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Pour in the diluted flour and let the soup boil.
- Sort the sorrel, cut into noodles and put in the soup. Cook 10 minutes.
- A couple of minutes before being ready, add chopped onion with dill.
- Hard-boiled eggs, peel.
- Serve the soup by laying a slice of egg in each serving. Sour cream put as desired.
