- Peel and dice potatoes. Putting it in a boil vegetable broth, cook for 20 minutes.
- Peel onions and carrots. Chop vegetables diced. Fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter about 10 minutes.
- Stir the vegetables constantly so that they are evenly fried.
- Zucchini cut into cubes.
Put on already fried vegetables. Stir fry 5 minutes.
- Put vegetables to the potatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Grind pepper grains in a mortar and pour into soup.
- Cut the sorrel and put in the soup.
- Cilantro, parsley and dill, and onion finely chop, mix and halve.
- Pour some of the greens into the soup and pour in a spoonful of fish sauce, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Cover and give to sweat for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve as desired with sour cream and herbs.
