  1. Peel and dice potatoes. Putting it in a boil vegetable broth, cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Peel onions and carrots. Chop vegetables diced. Fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir the vegetables constantly so that they are evenly fried.
  4. Zucchini cut into cubes. Put on already fried vegetables. Stir fry 5 minutes.
  5. Put vegetables to the potatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Grind pepper grains in a mortar and pour into soup.
  7. Cut the sorrel and put in the soup.
  8. Cilantro, parsley and dill, and onion finely chop, mix and halve.
  9. Pour some of the greens into the soup and pour in a spoonful of fish sauce, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Cover and give to sweat for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve as desired with sour cream and herbs.
