- Rinse the sorrel, sort it out, dry it and finely chop it.
- Stew the sorrel under the lid with 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil to state of mashed potatoes.
- Mix flour with water, preventing the formation of lumps.
- Pour the mixture with sorrel and boil.
- Punch the soup with a blender.
- Salt, pepper, add sugar to taste, if necessary – Lemon juice and bring to a boil.
- Beat sour cream with yolks and serve with boiled soup the egg.
