  1. Onions, peeling and chopping with straws, fry on butter.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into cubes or straws. Fry on butter for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Put tomato paste for cucumbers, mix and fry 5 minutes.
  4. Grind pepper in a mortar and pour to the onion.
  5. Mix onion with cucumbers, pour in soup ladle and stew 5 minutes.
  6. Cut the fish fillet in portions.
  7. Boil the broth, put vegetables with tomato in it paste. Cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Slices of fish into soup, add capers, olives and olives.
  9. Simmer until the fish is ready for about 15 minutes.
  10. Serve with a slice of lemon, removing the seeds from it. Optional sprinkle with fresh herbs
