Do not believe that delicious hodgepodge can be prepared at home for 30 minutes? I’ll tell you a secret. If I cook meat for salads or any other dishes, the resulting broth I do not pour. You can weld on it excellent lentil soup, or beans, or just such a hodgepodge. Also, you can safely freeze it for several weeks and cook soup then. In theory, there should have been some kind of smoked sausage in the soup, but she was not at hand. Those who are afraid of a large number coarsely chopped onions, I can assure that, having prepared the onions in such a way, as in this recipe, you will never feel it boiled in the soup taste. The onion will turn out to be very crispy and pleasant.

- Onion cut into half rings.
- Pass the onions over low heat until transparent (in no case case do not overcook!).
