Mushroom Snail Salad
In Burgundy, snails are a familiar dish. For us, the appearance of this delicacies on the table – a sure sign of the holiday. In a salad or under sauce – it’s a miracle how good these snails are. The recipe for March 8 is doomed to success is delicious and original.
Mushroom Snail Salad 
The easiest way to deal with terrestrial mollusks in Switzerland. They are simply boiled in fragrant spicy water, finely chopped and served with all kinds of seasonings.
