A very beautiful and delicious snack cake can be prepared at home from salted salmon, fresh cucumber, dill, onions, gelatin and sour cream. It will become the decoration of the festive table.

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Soak gelatin in water according to the instructions on the package.

Peel fresh cucumbers and cut into small cubes, dill with onions – finely.

Form with removable sides (diameter 20-24 cm) film and lay on the bottom half of the prepared salmon.

In a bowl we spread the cubes of cucumbers, the remains of salmon, onions and dill.

Add sour cream, swollen gelatin, lemon juice and mix well.

Pour the prepared mixture from sour cream, fish and cucumber into a mold to pieces of salmon, cover and send to the refrigerator for 8 hours.

After 8 hours we freeze the frozen snack cake from the sides, cover with a large plate and turn over. Decorate fragrant cake with slices of cucumber, lemon and immediately serve.
