  1. Grate boiled in salted water and cooled potatoes.
  2. On a fine grater, grate hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Also grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Grind onions.
  5. Finely chop the washed and dried parsley.
  6. Knead the cod liver with a fork without juice.
  7. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add soy sauce, good knead.
  8. Wet balls to form balls.
  9. Dry in a dry frying pan sesame seeds until goldenness.
