Ingredients for the recipe:
- 8 wheat tortillas
- 140 gr. sliced brie cheese
- 340 gr thin smoked turkey breast sliced
- 1/2 tbsp. apricot jam
- 2 tbsp. grated cheese
- 2 tbsp. mixtures of fresh herbs (parsley, basil, tarragon, arugula, chives, mint, oregano)
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice

Recipe preparation:
- Light the grill to medium temperature and grease the wire rack. vegetable oil immediately before frying.
- For quesadillas: fill the tortilla with the filling and roll as such. For a mixture of herbs: in a bowl, mix the herbs with lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Put quesadillas on hot greased grill, fry for 3-4 minutes. on each side or until cheese will not melt by turning over with a spatula. Serve hot sprinkled with a mixture of herbs.
- Cooking on the stove: prepare quesadillas, as stated above. The pan is large enough to placed tortilla, over medium heat, heat 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, saute the quesadillas with both sides for 2-3 minutes. or until golden brown; press and turn with a large spatula. Serve as above.
