  1. We wash the beets with a sponge and boil for 40-45 minutes, until will become soft. Pour the finished beets with cold water, leave on 10 minutes and clean. Cut into small cubes and mix with mayonnaise, salt and ground pepper.

  2. Smoked trout is cut into small pieces.

  3. Cut the baguette into slices (10 pcs.), Spread on top prepared beets in mayonnaise, add a slice of trout, garnish with a sprig of dill and immediately serve.
