  • 700 gr. salmon fillets
  • 1 beaten large egg
  • 1/4 Art. finely chopped green onions (without white)
  • 2 tbsp. l wheat flour
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp. l coconut oil
  • Lemon slices for decoration
  • 1 tbsp. apple chips

Recipe preparation:

  1. Soak apple chips in water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile make quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging.
