Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. milk pig ribs from the back
- 0.25 Art. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. l paprika
- 2 tbsp. l steak sauce
- 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. l dried oregano
- 0.25 Art. honey
- 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar

Recipe preparation:
- Turn the ribs upside down. Put the knife between thin film and pits, then remove the film. Mix brown sugar, paprika, steak sauce, cumin and oregano in a small bowl. Sprinkle the ribs. Put on a baking sheet, cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or night.
- Lighten the grill to medium temperature and prepare for frying indirect method: If the grill is gas, turn off one or two center burners and turn the rest of the burner to medium-low temperature.
