This is a recipe for homemade multi-layer delicious lasagna with very rich taste. The dish is hearty due to minced meat and smoked bacon and succulent due to vegetables and mozzarella.

  1. Boil lasagna sheets until half cooked. Pour cold spread with water on a towel to dry.
  2. Dice the fat and melt it in a pan. Share in mince the pan and lightly fry.
  3. Add frozen vegetables to the pan.
  4. Peel the tomatoes. Finely chop and put in to the pan. Pour in the remaining tomato juice. Simmer over low heat 20-30 minutes.
  5. Squeeze the garlic. Add spices, salt and pepper.
  6. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour in flour. Stirring boil. Pour in milk gradually. Fire reduce to minimum. Cook the sauce for 4-5 minutes. Add nutmeg to the tip of the knife. Remove the sauce from the heat.
  7. Cut mozzarella into thin slices.
  8. Grate Parmesan.
  9. Grease the heat-resistant form with oil. Lay out the dough, minced with vegetables, white bechamel sauce, mozzarella slices. Repeat layers. Sprinkle lasagna with parmesan on top.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
