This is a recipe for homemade multi-layer delicious lasagna with very rich taste. The dish is hearty due to minced meat and smoked bacon and succulent due to vegetables and mozzarella.

- Boil lasagna sheets until half cooked. Pour cold spread with water on a towel to dry.
- Dice the fat and melt it in a pan. Share in mince the pan and lightly fry.
- Add frozen vegetables to the pan.
- Peel the tomatoes. Finely chop and put in to the pan. Pour in the remaining tomato juice. Simmer over low heat 20-30 minutes.
- Squeeze the garlic. Add spices, salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour in flour. Stirring boil. Pour in milk gradually. Fire reduce to minimum. Cook the sauce for 4-5 minutes. Add nutmeg to the tip of the knife. Remove the sauce from the heat.
- Cut mozzarella into thin slices.
- Grate Parmesan.
- Grease the heat-resistant form with oil. Lay out the dough, minced with vegetables, white bechamel sauce, mozzarella slices. Repeat layers. Sprinkle lasagna with parmesan on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
