  1. Rinse the chicken stomachs well and boil in water without salt in for one hour.
  2. Throw your stomachs in a colander, let the liquid drain.
  3. Mix salt and spices to taste, add a little broth, so that you get gruel. Pour about tea into this mixture. a spoonful of liquid smoke. Shuffle.
  4. Roll ventricles in prepared mixture with liquid smoke, put them in a pan.
