I propose to cook at home a delicious salad of smoked briskets and persimmons. This salad with an unusual combination of ingredients great for get-togethers with friends.

  1. We will prepare all the ingredients you need for cooking salad.
  2. Persimmon and my vegetables and dry.
  3. Cut a third of the onion into feathers, add salt and add table vinegar, leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the persimmon into thin slices, remove the seeds.
  5. We cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Cut the breast into small pieces.
  6. Wash the arugula and put it on a plate.
  7. Spread brisket, feta cheese and persimmon on top.
  8. Drain the vinegar and sprinkle the salad with pickled onions.
  9. Salad and pepper, season with balsamic vinegar. Ready salad immediately served on the table!
