  1. Boil chicken eggs until fully cooked, peel them and cut into 4 parts.

  2. In a small stewpan, you need to cook the broth. Take 700 ml of water 2 broth cubes and dissolve them there, bring the liquid to boiling. Remove the broth from the heat and dissolve in it the necessary amount of gelatin.

  3. Put slices of balyk on the table, grease them with horseradish. For each put a quarter of the egg and roll.

  4. Put rolls from balyk on a plate, decorate them with greens and slices of lemon. Pour the broth and refrigerate until complete solidification.
