  1. Bourget bread should be spread with goat cheese or sour cream, sprinkle on top of a green onion and dill.
  2. Cut the salmon into thin plates.
  3. Lay the plates tightly together, making each accordion.
  4. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and place it like a fence.
  5. On one side of the cucumber “fence” lay slices of herring, and with the other is a sprat.
  6. Spread a ball of goat cheese on top, and put next to it a spoonful of caviar.
