- 3 tbsp. l ketchup

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 740 gr. simple tomato sauce, see recipe below or ready marinara sauce
Simple tomato sauce:
- 2 cans (900 gr.) Mashed tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small chopped onion head
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- 1 chopped carrot
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4-6 basil leaves
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Unsalted butter (optional)

Recipe preparation:
