Very easy to cook at home and delicious chicken soup, I advise you to do it. I use chopped chicken carcasses (buy whole chicken and immediately cut into legs, wings and fillets, carcasses always go to soups and broths).

- We put the slow cooker in the “Bouillon” mode for one hour.
- Pour the chicken carcasses with cold water (2-2.5 liters).
- Add bay leaf, allspice peas and salt.
- We clean the vegetables.
- Grate carrots
- Cut potatoes and onions into cubes.
- Grind greens.
- After the sound signal, the finished broth is filtered.
- We put the slow cooker in the “soup” mode for one hour.
- Add vegetables and ground black pepper to the broth.
- In chicken carcasses, we separate the meat from the bones. Add pieces of meat in chicken soup.
- Sprinkle the finished chicken soup with herbs and serve.
