Slow cooker chicken soup: video recipe

Very easy to cook at home and delicious chicken soup, I advise you to do it. I use chopped chicken carcasses (buy whole chicken and immediately cut into legs, wings and fillets, carcasses always go to soups and broths).

  1. We put the slow cooker in the “Bouillon” mode for one hour.
  2. Pour the chicken carcasses with cold water (2-2.5 liters).
  3. Add bay leaf, allspice peas and salt.
  4. We clean the vegetables.
  5. Grate carrots
  6. Cut potatoes and onions into cubes.
  7. Grind greens.
  8. After the sound signal, the finished broth is filtered.
  9. We put the slow cooker in the “soup” mode for one hour.
  10. Add vegetables and ground black pepper to the broth.
  11. In chicken carcasses, we separate the meat from the bones. Add pieces of meat in chicken soup.
  12. Sprinkle the finished chicken soup with herbs and serve.
