Slimming Cinnamon Ginger Drink: video recipe

This drink is very popular in Southeast Asia. Tonic a drink that speeds up metabolism and removes toxins from organism. In general, only water is mixed in the original recipe, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. But I’m still cooking added some honey and lemon. We drink in the morning 2 hours before food.

  1. Peel the ginger and finely chop it with a knife.
  2. Add ginger to chilled boiled water.
  3. Add nutmeg and cinnamon.
  4. Add honey and mix well.
  5. Squeeze the juice from the lemon wedges. We can also add a slice to drink at will.
