For the test:
- 3 tbsp. premium wheat flour
- 1/3 Art. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. l baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 240 gr. cold butter
- 1/4 Art. pecans
- 1 egg
- 3/4 Art. fat cream
For glaze:
- 450 gr powdered sugar
- 1/4 Art. whole milk
- 60 gr melt butter
- 5 to 10 ml. strong coffee
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp maple extract
- Chopped pecans for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Sift flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Cut the cold butter into small pieces, then add to flour and mash until crumbs form.
- Finely chop the pecans and mix in the flour mixture. Whip cream egg and mix with flour mixture. Form from dough ball.
- Put the dough on a cutting board and roll it into a round layer 25 cm in diameter and about 2 cm thick. Then cut the dough into 8 equal parts.
- Put the skone buns on a baking sheet covered in oily parchment, and bake in the oven for 22 – 26 minutes, until golden color. Remove the skone buns from the oven and completely cool.
- Mix all the ingredients for the icing in a deep bowl until homogeneous state. Pour the buns on the skone with plenty of glaze and sprinkle with pecans.
