Even chicken sausages can make delicious and interesting kebabs, and cherry tomatoes, onions and sweet peppers yellow and red colors will add them juiciness, more taste and bright colors. Kebabs grilled and a few minutes before cooked covered with a simple parsley pesto sauce, cilantro, green onions and olive oil. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. couscous
- 2 sweet peppers (red and yellow), sliced
- 1 package (340 gr.) Chicken sausages (preferably with garlic), cut into pieces of 2.5 cm.
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1/4 Art. fresh parsley
- 1/4 Art. fresh cilantro
- 4 chives, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp. l white wine vinegar

Recipe preparation:
- Soak eight wooden skewers 20 cm long. In water at least 15 minutes. Preheat grill or grill pan on medium heat. Cook the couscous as recommended on packaging.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix bell peppers, sausages, onions and tomatoes, add 1 tbsp. l olive oil; salt and pepper taste. Put all the pieces on the skewers, alternating sausage and vegetables. Fry, turning until vegetables are slightly softened and sausage start to fry, 6-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a blender, grind parsley, cilantro and green onion with the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil, vinegar and 2 tbsp. l water. Salt and pepper to taste. Lubricate the skewers with a small with pesto and continue to fry, turning until the tomatoes will not become soft, and the sausage will not become crispy, another 6-7 minutes.
- Mix couscous with half the remaining pesto, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with skewers on skewers and leftover pesto for dipping.
