Skewers of chicken liver in bacon with cheese brie

These delicious kebabs can be fried either on the grill or in the open barbecue, and cook at home in the oven. Great option when it is important to urgently cook something original, as guests about to come. Brie cheese can be replaced with another at will. Liver need fresh, chilled.

  1. We wash and clean the liver, cutting off fat and bile ducts. Dry with a paper towel. We cut each liver in half. Solim and pepper.
  2. Take long slices of pork bacon and cut in half. For each put a slice of bacon on a slice of chicken liver and a leaf of basil.
  3. Put a slice of cheese on the liver.
  4. My bell pepper, cleaned from seeds and cut into long strips.
  5. Wrap the bacon in rolls. Put the rolls on the skewer successively separating them with strips of bell pepper.
  6. Put in a heat-resistant dish or on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
