  1. We cut the meat into equally equal parts, add salt, seasonings, soy sauce and wine vinegar.
  2. Mix and send to the refrigerator for 1.5 hours pickle.
  3. Dice bulgarian, onions and tomatoes.
  4. Soak skewers in water for 1 minute. Put meat on skewers and alternating vegetables.
  5. Fry in a greased frying pan on both sides readiness.
