- 220 gr goat cheese at room temperature
- Fresh sprigs of thyme
- Olive oil
- 1 triangular piece of blue cheese, e.g. Roquefort
- Dried apricots
- Fresh figs
- 1 pack of dried fruit crackers
- 1 pack of simple crackers

Recipe preparation:
- Arrange the fig leaves in a round dish. Put in the middle clusters of grapes, and around it lay out brie, cheddar and goat cheese.
