Recipe preparation:

  4. Gently knead the dough and put it on dusted with flour surface. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, roll out every quarter a loose ball. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough go for another 15 minutes. Work with every slice of dough separately. Press the ball to form a flat disk, and roll it into a circle with a diameter of 15 cm. Lay each circle on lightly greased baking sheet.
