  1. Put mayonnaise on pita bread.
  2. Peking cabbage and cucumber cut into strips.
  3. Cut the sausage and cheese into small pieces.
  4. Figuratively divide the pita into 4 parts. Put the cabbage on the first one and cucumber, add a little mayonnaise to make it juicier. To the second put the sausage and some cheese. The other two are laid out cheese.
  5. We bend the edges and carefully turn into a roll. Do not collapse tight.
  6. Heat the pan well, oil it and lightly fry the roll on both sides to a golden crust. After cool, cut and serve.
