  • 500 gr. fresh cranberries, rinse and dry
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1/3 Art. water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Zest and juice of one orange

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar and water. Shuffle. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and add cinnamon stick, allspice and nutmeg. Shuffle and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. At the end of time, some cranberry berries will burst, and some will remain intact. Add orange juice and zest, mix and let the sauce cool before serving. Yield: 2.5 tbsp.
