Delicious guacamole sauce is a traditional dip for chips or meat. Often it is used in various variations of bruschettas, as well as its can be cooked at home as a garnish sauce or even used in as an expressive dressing for a simple salad. Visually resembles wasabi, but the taste is delicate, creamy, noble.

  1. Peel a ripe avocado, “cut” it in half, lengthwise holding a knife. Next, two halves need to crank in opposite sides, and the avocado will open. Carefully take out bone, and the flesh of the avocado toss into the blender bowl.
