  1. Boil the beans in a separate saucepan until soft – 1 hour.
  2. Heat the broth and put diced into it potatoes.

  10. Put garlic mashed in salt in the soup. Boil everything on slow fire for 30 minutes.

  12. Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with the fried half bulbs twice.
  13. Beat in an egg and add a tablespoon of water or milk.
  14. Knead the minced meat and mold the meatballs from it.
  15. Add them to the soup for 15 minutes until the end of cooking.
  16. Serve borsch with sour cream.
