  3. Remove the seeds from the hot pepper and cut them thinly.
  4. Cut the carrots in circles.
  5. We cut potatoes in large pieces.
  6. Peel the tomatoes.
  7. Add onions and carrots to the finished broth, cook on a slow fire 25-30 minutes.
  8. Then add the potatoes, bell peppers and tomatoes.
  9. After 5 minutes, add cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, cilantro and basil. Cook the soup until the potatoes are ready.
  10. Serve shurpa with finely chopped dill. Enjoy your meal.
