  1. In a heated pan with a volume of four liters on a vegetable oil fry chopped onions.
  2. Add the lamb meat, diced in small cubes, well fry.
  3. Then add washed and also diced Tomatoes
  4. Next add washed, peeled seeds, partitions and julienne bell pepper. Shurpa soup
  5. Next add peeled and washed carrots, chopped straws. Put 3 tbsp. tomato paste everything mix. Shurpa soup
  6. Pour vegetables with boiling water, simmer for half an hour on moderate heat.
  7. Then add the diced potatoes to the stew vegetables.
  8. Pour boiling water fully, lightly salt, pepper, cook all together for about ten minutes.
  9. At the very end, add the garlic cloves passed through the press. Remove from heat. Shurpa soup
  10. Twenty minutes later, the infused soup can be poured over plates. Serve chopped greens to shurpa.
