- In a heated pan with a volume of four liters on a vegetable oil fry chopped onions.
- Add the lamb meat, diced in small cubes, well fry.
- Then add washed and also diced Tomatoes
- Next add washed, peeled seeds, partitions and julienne bell pepper.
- Next add peeled and washed carrots, chopped straws. Put 3 tbsp. tomato paste everything mix.
- Pour vegetables with boiling water, simmer for half an hour on moderate heat.
- Then add the diced potatoes to the stew vegetables.
- Pour boiling water fully, lightly salt, pepper, cook all together for about ten minutes.
- At the very end, add the garlic cloves passed through the press. Remove from heat.
- Twenty minutes later, the infused soup can be poured over plates. Serve chopped greens to shurpa.
