- Boil a large pot of water, salt (for every 100 g spaghetti use 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt). Add the pasta mix and cook to al dente (time is indicated on packaging). Drain and leave the paste in the pan.
- Melt the butter in a deep pan, add chopped garlic and fry for about a minute until flavor.
- Add shrimp and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until Pink colour.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the pan. Salt and pepper. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Add sour cream and pesto. Stir and cook 5 more min
- Add the paste, mix. Add salt if necessary and pepper.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese while serving. Enjoy your meal!
