- Boil pasta to the state of al dente. Ideally buy premium pasta made from durum wheat.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it on melted creamy oil.
- Cut the ginger very finely and put in the onion with spices. Cook the onion with ginger for another 5 minutes.
- Cut the greens and fill it in the pan, mix and fill everything with milk / cream, add to taste. Bring to boiling.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and spread it in cream. Mix and wait for the cheese to dissolve.
- Throw shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes.
- At the very end, put the pasta, mix and after a minute the dish is ready.
