For barbecue:
- 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 Art. lime juice
- 1/4 Art. light brown sugar
- 1/4 Art. rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 1 zest zest
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
- 2 cloves of garlic, crush
- 1 tbsp. l finely grated ginger
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh basil leaves
- A pinch of salt
- 700 gr. large shrimp, remove the head and peel off shell
- Olive oil, for grilling
For the sauce:
- 1 tsp sweet hot chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. peach jam
- 1/4 Art. spicy mustard

Recipe preparation:
- Mix vegetable oil, lime juice, brown in a bowl sugar, vinegar, pepper flakes, lime zest, garlic, ginger, basil and salt. Place the shrimp in a large zip bag, then pour marinade. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix in a bowl sweet-spicy sauce, peach jam and mustard.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate to high temperature. Grease the grill olive oil. Shrimp and pieces on wooden skewers lime. Fry for 1.5 minutes. from each side. Serve barbecue with sweet and sour sauce.
